When Wellbeing in the Workplace meets with Wellbeing in the Home.

A first this week, Danielle participated in a video interview hosted by the fabulous Sandi Marshall.

Sandi is an amazing advocate of positive mental health work, whose expertise centres around wellbeing in the workplace, offering companies mental health awareness training to create the best working environments for their staff.

In this short video, Sandi asks Danielle what is meant by well-being in the home and which are the key elements we should include or consider when creating a home that connects with us on a deeper level.  It’s only when we do this that we feel that homely sense of belonging in a space, and therefore encourage a better sense of mental well-being.

Sandi runs courses about mental health awareness which demystifies mental health, reduces the stigma attached to suffering from poor mental health and teaches people to recognise the early signs of stress, anxiety, depression and other issues. Her courses encourage openness and communication in a controlled environment and provide ongoing support to her clients and their team members.
